FloorPilot Validation Pilot
From €1,250 excl. VAT. Test FloorPilot in a controlled way with one event. Together we set up the key operational parts, test the workflow and close with an evaluation and a concrete follow-up recommendation.
Example: a pilot around one event with one runbook, five administrators, ten base documents and one tabletop scenario — fully remote — starts from €1,250 excl. vat. Live support during the event itself is not included.
In the pilot
- Intake of your current way of working
- Setup for one event
- Processing your existing runbook (draaiboek)
- Structuring roles, contacts and operational information
- A controlled operational scenario (tabletop)
- A sample report
- Evaluation and follow-up advice

Questions about the pilot.
What does a pilot cost?
A FloorPilot Validation Pilot starts from €1,250 excl. vat for one event or a controlled test period. The final price depends on scale and guidance.
How long does a pilot run?
That depends on your event and planning. A pilot typically runs around one event, from preparation through to evaluation. We agree the exact duration with you in advance, as part of the proposal.
How quickly can I start?
After the call your first event is in the system within a day. There is no setup project to wait for: you import the run sheet you already have and fill in the gaps. Bringing crew in takes no installation, just scanning a code.
Is FloorPilot suitable for smaller events?
Yes. It works from around ten crew members and one zone, and scales up to several hundred crew across multiple zones and days. Below ten people in one place a run sheet on paper is often still enough; above that it starts to drift apart, and that is exactly what FloorPilot is for.
Does FloorPilot automatically share data with a municipality?
No. You decide what information is shared with a municipality or other partner.
Is FloorPilot available internationally?
Yes. FloorPilot can be deployed for events in the Netherlands, Belgium and internationally. The crew app is currently available in Dutch only. The Command Center and municipality portal are available in Dutch and English.
